I was so proud of how good I did my first week back, but 13 days into everything I screwed up. Big time. Saturday two of my friends and I headed up to DC for a book event. As a fan of alliteration, and I’m sure also that this is probably a meme that I will have to find, I will post my weigh ins on Wednesdays. For my first full week back on Lose It! I’m pretty pleased with myself. Going 236 calories over budget isn’t too shabby! Book club was Saturday night and I definitely went overboard. I should have entered my calories in as I was eating them instead of waiting until I got home. Thankfully Friday offset most of Saturday and the week turned out ok. I’m really looking forward to getting back on track!
